How to Book Your Wedding DJ & Event Services At Southwest Discos Direct

Booking your wedding entertainment with Southwest Discos Direct couldn’t be easier! Follow these five simple steps to secure your date and start planning an unforgettable wedding celebration.

Step 1 – Get in Touch & Receive Your Quote

Contact John to discuss your wedding plans, entertainment requirements and any additional services you may be interested in. I’ll happily answer any questions and provide a personalised, no-obligation quotation tailored to your special day.

Step 2 – Secure Your Wedding Date

Once you’re happy with your quotation, simply complete the booking form below. Please ensure you read and accept our Terms & Conditions before submitting.

You’ll then be directed to our secure payment page, where you can pay your 25% booking fee to secure your wedding date.

Step 3 – Receive Your Booking Confirmation & Client Portal Access

Once your booking has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirming your wedding date, along with your personal login details for our exclusive online client portal.

Inside your portal, you’ll have access to your very own wedding entertainment planner, including our easy-to-use drag-and-drop music request system. Add your must-play songs, favourite tracks, first dance and even songs you’d prefer not to hear!

You can update your music preferences and wedding details at your convenience as your big day approaches.

Step 4 – Final Preparations & Payment

Approximately one week before your wedding, I’ll be in touch to go through your final arrangements, confirm your music selections and ensure everything is ready.

Your remaining 75% balance is due seven days before your wedding date.

I’ll then finalise your wedding entertainment plan and prepare everything for your celebration.

Step 5 – Relax & Enjoy Your Special Day!

That’s everything taken care of!

Now it’s time to relax, enjoy the excitement and look forward to an incredible wedding celebration.

From your first dance to the final song of the night, I’ll take care of the entertainment so you can concentrate on making unforgettable memories with your family and friends!
